The owners of the property were nice and friendly.
During my stay, the room had an awful stuffy smell that was unbearable. The bed covers had cigarette burns, making it uncomfortable to sleep. It felt like the room had not been aired out for a long time, which added to my disappointment with the overall cleanliness.

Couple's Quick Stop, Worth It
The front desk clerk, Pritti, welcomed us really nicely, it made all the difference. Our room was clean, felt new and definitely upscale, trust me, I wasn’t expecting that!
It wasn’t the cheapest stay I’ve had but given the experience, it worked out.

The front desk clerk, Pritti, brought a great start with her warm welcome. I was impressed by the clean, modern room that felt like it had undergone recent renovations. The comfortable atmosphere really added to the experience. However, the swing bar lock on the door had a broken metal part, which raised a slight concern for security. The TV remote control appeared quite dirty, which detracted from the otherwise tidy room. During my stay, I met a kind man in the morning who was ready to clean. He didn’t rush us, which I appreciated. Although I didn’t try the complimentary breakfast, the hotel had a pleasant vibe overall, and I'd consider staying again when in Monroe.
